关于上报防雷工程专业资质到期换证申请资料的通知

<P class=style92><FONT color=#cc0000><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG></FONT>根据《防雷减灾管理办法》（中国气象局令第8号）和《防雷工程专业资质管理办法》（中国气象局令第10号）的有关规定，拟召开2009年防雷工程专业资质到期换证评审会。为确保我省防雷工程专业资质到期换证评审工作顺利进行，现将有关事项通知如下：</P>
<P class=style92><FONT color=#cc0000><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG></FONT>1、请防雷工程专业资质证书于2008年3月至2009年6月到期的防雷公司按照《广东省防雷工程专业资质换证需知》的有关规定，认真做好到期换证申请资料。</P>
<P class=style92><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><FONT color=#cc0000>　<STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG></FONT></STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG>2、所有申请资料需按《广东省防雷工程专业资质换证需知》要求压制成书册的形式，一式三份。用塑胶扣针装订的一律不予受理。</P>
<P class=style92><FONT color=#cc0000><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG></FONT>3、各申请公司需对本单位提交的申请资料完整性、真实性负责，若发现有弄虚作假行为的一律取消资质。</P>
<P class=style92><FONT color=#cc0000><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG></FONT>4、各申请单位请于2009年4月1日前，将资质到期换证申报材料提交到广东省防雷工程专业资质评审委员会办公室（广州市福今路6号大院三号楼一楼气象行政审批服务大厅）。</P>
<P class=style92><FONT color=#cc0000><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG></FONT>5、本次需上报到期换证资料的公司详细名单见附件1。</P>
<P class=style92><FONT color=#cc0000><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style94 twffan="done"><SPAN class=style92 twffan="done"><STRONG>　</STRONG></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></STRONG></FONT>6、2008年未年审的公司可于2009年4月1日前补交年审资料，过期不予补年审。年审资料请交到广州市福今路6号大院三号楼一楼气象行政审批服务大厅。</P>
